Child Health and Disability

CHDP provides free health check-ups for
children under 19 and requires no proof of citizenship or immigration status. With CHDP, medical, dental, vision, hearing
and other assessments are available at no charge. To qualify, the family's gross income must be at or below 200% of the federal
poverty level.

Provides comprehensive Medical, Dental, and Vision care at low- or no-cost. IEHP serves Medi-Cal, Healthy Families, and Healthy Kids populations.

For children from birth to age 19 who are not eligible for Medi-Cal or Healthy Families. Comprehensive health care including office visits, vision care, prescription medicines,
mental health services, substance abuse services, hospital services and lab tests. Dental
care not covered.
