"New Gospel Cable Show is sure to be a hit with viewers"
Claremont, California (December 8, 2004) --- Gospel TV is
now airing on Comcast cable, channel 29 every Wednesday night at 9:00 pm. G-TV is informative, inspirational, and entertaining.
The show will highlight various events as they happen in the gospel community.
The producer and creator of G-TV is
none other than, Devine Matthews, an accomplished playwright, producer, and evangelist. Ms. Matthews sees the need for more
of this kind of programming and says, "One of the goals for G-TV is to recognize the many churches, individuals, pastors and
organizations who are reaching out and making a difference in their communities." G-TV will provide good clean entertainment
and will feature gospel music videos, amazing stories and testimonies.
Also, there will be a segment entitled, G-TV
Cribs, where we will showcase the homes of some of gospel most successful entertainers and entrepreneurs and share their success
stories so that others will be encouraged to pursue their goals and dreams as well. There will be interviews with up and coming
authors, playwrights, and entertainers. Devine is the host and says, "I believe that people are ready to see quality programming."
Devine
is married with two sons. She moved to California in pursuit of her dream to break into the entertainment industry, but this
dream became secondary after she experienced her own set of personal struggles. Recently she showcased her third public performance
of her gospel musical stage play entitled, Lord U Promised Me, which she wrote and produced. She is active in several outreach
ministries that include, 4 His Glory Ministries and is currently producing, The Youth Unlimited Show. Devines future
plans include movies, books and other projects. She had this comment to say about her future, "I am in great anticipation
and expectation to see the manifestation of my movie next."
