Hey Big guy-Can you help?
When you see someone, in need what do you do? Do you secretly talk bad about them in disrespect for them? Do you wonder, if they've been in jail or if they're on drugs or alcohol? Maybe you say, how did they become homeless? Was it bad management of there affairs, or maybe they just didn't take care of there money, maybe that's why they got evicted! You may even go as far as to say, if I help them this day what will they do next month? Good questions but  a cop-out answer. Because weall have had a time when we've been through something.  And if we would not have had strangers or family, step-in and help we would still be in our rutts. For those of you who maybe rich, do me a favor don't use lip-service unless it's backed by action. Don't just give to the same charity's either just for the sake of giving. Many are called but chosen are few. Because it really takes a very special man or woman, to reach down in a hole and pull that man or woman out. When you help them out, teach and direct them.  Guide them away from the hole they were in by educating them about life's endeavors. Show them kindness; help them find work, other resources to help them stay out of debt. Then cover the hole so that they never return in which they once came, the trials and tribulations of life. The Bible says that weeping lasts just but a night and that joy cometh in the morning. I truly believe it's time for all to help each other in these trying times, so that our children can have a level field in this life. That's why God said parents save up for there children. Churches! A call to action is needed; give someone something you would eat not just dry rice, beans, bent up cans or loaf of bread. People may not have places, learn where your resources are so you can help. Recognizes the fact if there not coming to church how are they, going to get to there government offices for assistants. Also big churches  should  and ought to connect with the smaller churches to find out there needs and what's really going on in this community, and learn more about each other .So wake up Christian's and put your war clothes on for the battle's of this life awaits you. One must help another One and so on, it's so that God's people will prosper, and that the church will truly reflect the body of Christ. So now when you see that so called bum-on the street, lend your fellow man a helping hand it doesn't always have to be money but a kind word of hope for a chance for a job to connect to the churches or business owners. Christmas and Thanksgiving are great times to help, but you are the church of Jesus, you should be in a position to help always. So now that you know the deal, it really feels good to give, we give good favor so that Jesus can live.
